Request Looking for frogman veil ideas/accesories

I've been making a character based on this picture of Danish frogmen but im struggling when it comes to finding or making the veil that goes over their helmet, I've trawled through pixiv looking for something similar but no luck. Any ideas on how to do it better or if one already existes somewhere would be greatly appreciated.
