Do you mean VTubers in General or specifically VSPO only? As far as I know Ldki mostly makes Hololive and adjacent characters and Haku focuses on Nijisanji. I don't think either of them have done VSPO.
As for Nemu and to answer your question as written, they have to nuke every VSPO card they created because Brave Group takes that no lewds thing even more seriously than Cygames did with their horses. Some poor sod actually got sued and found liable for damages for distributing NSFW fanart so it's unlikely anyone else will dare make cards of them in the future.

It seems like this error occurs when data created with Madevil's 'WTF' plugin fails to load properly.
I recommend either installing Madevil’s original plugin or using the 'WTFix' plugin. The latter is designed to ensure that data created with the WTF plugin loads correctly, even within HFPatch or BetterRepack environments
