Happens with animation packs. Just pick a different animation from the pre-sets until the spine looks natural enough and that should fix it.
Or save & reload if you want the temp fix.
Though I do remember having a few scenes where absolutely nothing worked. Those were apparently scenes made in buggy versions and are beyond help...
Share the scene and I can double-check to make sure.

NEVER give your discord ID. This is something that shouldn't be practice or be a norm. I don't need to explain why this is a bad idea to begin with. So just beaware Earthship is doing shady practice again.
