Lets explain this in another simple terms for the moralfags. Any content created in the studio belongs to Illusion regardless of who created it (read EULA). I bought the game from illusion. All and any scenes owned by illusion are free - Iillusion as their owner wrote on KK site ( to repeat, all scenes created in studio are Illusion's ). So, except for my personal desire to support some creator, im not buying scenes, I just support the creator if i choose to. Also I assume that any creator that uses "koikatsu scene sharing" tag on pixiv intends to share the scene (and just forgot to do it behind a paywall) so might as well help him.

Man I don't want to spill anyone's cereal, but if I were to share my opinion, I don't like paywall-locked creators (you know who they are), I would rather support those people that do early releases (namely xbrand, Makisu, Pis/Peace, etc.) and release them after a month after their creation, at least I have the patience to wait. The only problem is that I don't have a stable source income.

I hopefully think most of us here use cards and scenes procured from ANY creator and shared here are for personal use (if I were to be very blunt, you masturbate to them) and not for commercial use.

You won’t find a single lawsuit from ILLUSION against a content creator. None. That clause in the EULA? It’s there to protect against plagiarism from other companies, not individual creators making pocket change. No random scene creator is making millions to warrant legal action.

You might think it’s clever to downplay the effort behind someone’s work, but when someone spends days—or even weeks—creating something, only to have it dismissed as worthless, that’s not something you should just ignore. Mocking that kind of dedication isn’t edgy—it’s disrespectful. And no amount of “they wouldn’t pay anyway” justifies devaluing the creator’s time and effort.

And by the way, I’m living proof that what you claim “never happens” actually does. I’ve personally chosen not to support certain creators because I got a specific scene for free in a forum, and I redirected that support to someone else. I guarantee you there are plenty of others in similar situations. Assuming people would still pay for content they already have access to—just because you do—is like saying everyone has the same financial means as you. That’s a serious lapse in logic.

Anyway, I reserve the right to respond since I was insulted by the colleague — judging and insulting are two different things, in case the colleague can’t tell the difference. Now, back to the scene sharing, thank you.

Hey guys, so, a few weeks ago while searching for some earthship cards I stumbled across a torrent on BTDigg from a year ago, and by the files preview, there are some cards, coordinates and mods, but the problem is that there are no seeds and it's the only place where I found it. So, since there's people asking for earthship cards, I'm wondering if someone here has the torrent or some files that could help with the seeding.
There was also some guy on F95 who shared some cards and coordinates but the link's dead and he's not active since november last year, so this may be the only way to get them. Did you know that many of the mods used by KK creators to make cards are directly stolen from free MMD creators? These free authors declare that the content shared cannot be used for profit, but this statement obviously has no effect. You shout for kk creators, but who shouts for the free authors whose works were stolen? I don't want to deny your point of view, but what good does it do to post controversial opinions on Pirate Ship? It just causes boring arguments, like it is now. You should just follow what you think is right, instead of giving a long speech to ask everyone to follow your rules. This is just a self-satisfaction.

First of all, I don’t know the specifics of what happened between Imai san and this author, or why you said, “oh don’t steal my stuff because I steal also from the company I make content from.” If I understood correctly, you’re implying that anyone selling Koikatsu content is stealing from ILLUSION, which isn’t true. Koikatsu is a tool, like a canvas, and a painter selling their artwork doesn’t owe anything to the canvas manufacturer. Besides, the company hasn’t even been selling Koikatsu for years.

I don’t see any issue with the author asking people to stop spreading their work. For many, this is a livelihood—especially with the dollar being so overvalued compared to other currencies. If I were a major creator, I’d adopt the system Sixpluswan uses, making scenes public after a certain time. But that’s just my approach; everyone has the right to decide if they want to charge for their work.

Does no one realize that by sharing a scene, you're hurting someone who spent days, if not weeks, creating it?

I’ve shared a lot of content myself and I’m aware I’m doing it out of personal whim, participating in the “give and take” of pirate sharing forums. But I won’t pretend I don’t know I’m causing harm.

Everything requires balance.

Illusion has claimed the legal right to all cards and scene data last i checked though.
