Maybe it's hidden, try to view folder properties and check 'Show Hidden Files'.
If that doesn't work, try reinstalling KK from the repack site, though be sure to not delete any files you have saved in 'UserData' and 'save' folders, as well as any mods too in your 'mods' folder
