What issue are you have with it? How is it broken for you?
The issues that I have with it is if you let the timeline play to the 43 second transition onward the animations will stop if you go back or let the timeline repeat. Pausing the timeline causes it to jump to the correct animation, but playing it results in a frozen state of animation.
You can "fix" this by disabling the "FK Enabled (chaF_001)" interpolable, but then the animation gets messed up a bit.
Any of our scene geniuses or creators have an idea of why this may be?

Camera, her back it's broken when the second scene starts, everything went to shit, I remember that before the scene was working perfectly fine not long ago I guess I have to deprecate some plugins or something to get it to work... it's a shame
