The keyword is キャラ配布(コイカツ) <---- Character Release (Koikatsu). You can try typing 'kyarahaifu' in the Pixiv search bar & it will appear.
Then you must find the proper tag for said character. For example, you were looking for Jane Doe, right? Obviously you'll try: JaneDoe & Jane_Doe. However, because Pixiv is Japan-centric, you must find the Japanese tag for Jane Doe, which is ジェーン・ドゥ(ゼンゼロ). Just Google the character's name for the Japanese kanji letters.
Trust me, i've been there when i want to find Momoka Sakurai Koikatsu card, waaaaay before i found the "better" one from Seth Lee (God bless that man).
