Does anyone know how to fix this error? It's a work by DeliriumBaa@NTR, and the scene the author intended was to have the nipples sucked up close like that, but in the scene I imported, the nipples stretch like rubber and the character positions don't match. I also inserted the zipmod properly, so what could be the problem?

One more thing about importing models, sometimes you will need to split them into let's say 3-4 parts if the Studio will keep telling you are over the limit of triangles, so let's say head, legs, middle body and import them separately, that's what I had to do in case of Suomi.

I should have read this earlier, would have saved me a great deal of struggle haha. Splitting it into two parts worked brilliantly.

Takes a great deal of patience, I'm nowhere even close to the accuracy of yours, it will take a long time for me to get there. I'm completely new to blender so posing it is not possible for me at the moment so I have to work with the default pose (A-pose?) of the MMD model, and it's quite difficult to position KK character in CharacterStudio to overlap with IK/FK, I have completely given up for making the legs match for example but it's already a huge help and I already like how my adjusted character looks better than any existing creators'. My respect for your work has increased 100 fold.

That's what you are supposed to do, just import the model to the Studio without any changes to its pose.

and it's quite difficult to position KK character in CharacterStudio to overlap with IK/FK

Just load the T-pose, then "refer to animation" and adjust it
If you set the height of your character correctly in KK then they should start to overlap partially.
