I just searched through Keiyuu's 2024 and earlier collections and confirmed that this card does not exist. It’s likely just a work-in-progress, which is why it was never publicly released and only circulated among KK creators. By the way, this is a common phenomenon—quite a few cards are shared this way, and many people simply intend to showcase their work without sharing it.

Not really sure if that contains the headmod or just the clothes tho. But SZY has a Hu Tao headmod and you can just load the clothes with that.
