dude, I use dupeguru to compare 300gb to 800gb for duplicates, then drop the New Folder (1358) into the New Folder (2923) with hope the duplicate finder did its job, and call it a day.
I tried sorting. Its MUCH MORE PAINFUL than sorting the Scene folder. Give it up xD

Actually the author(Alucid) update the card,using the updated mod from OoOoO(which you can get on his pixiv now).So if you have old card and updated mod from OoOoO,it will go wrong.The new card from Alucid here:https://gofile.io/d/rVOSi3Apologies if there were any offense. But let me clarify this issue.
Background: Both card author & mod author have 2 versions, let's just call them "old" and "new" ones. The "old" pair can work if put together, so does the "new" pair. But mixing "old" and "new" card/mod won't work.
Firstly I assume the card is "new" when I saw your conversation. So I downloaded the latest mod from OoOoO but not work. I then tried the fully function mod from OoOoO rather than the cloth-only public one, but still not work. I was wondering if the card is not "new" but I saw you already working, so I guess maybe you change some settings that I didn't? That's why I was asking.
Then I saw your post today.
From the files you uploaded:
1. The chara card is exactly the same as the previous member uploaded.
2. And about the "old" and "new" mods you uploaded, we might as well see the following snapshot:
The mod you marked as "new" has "older" modified date than the mod you marked as "old".
And I can confirm you, the mod you marked as "new" IS the "older" mod.
I think this explains why you can see things work at your side, because you are actually using both the "old" card and the "old" mod. (Although still not working at my side, but I'm not going to dig at it because they are already deprecated files. maybe someone else can.)
As a indirect proof of why I think the card is the "old" one -- because the "new" card shouldn't have a "older" modified date than the "new" mod.
And currently the card author is asking to use "July 25th" mod. Which is the modifed date of your "old" mod.
I believe the above should explain the whole matter. Let me know if I misunderstood anything.

I've seen it said a few times that Keiyuu cards are marked. Has he changed his distribution methods? Last I remember, when purchasing from Gumroad you're directly given the file and don't have to do some kind of DMing process, how are cards being individually tracked in this case?

Change her body uncensor or remove the kirara_body zipmod.Some characters' bodies tear their clothes like this. Does anyone know how to fix this?
The issue is the [Female] Onisaki_kiara_body uncensor.
If you don't want to get rid of the zipmod entirely, you can exclude it as an option:
F1-plugin settings-search: uncensor-Female Body (configure uncensors to exclude for Female body)-check Onisaki_kiara_body
