I'm sorry, but that answer did not solve the problem.

It wasn't an issue with RX20, so I think something included in the HF patch is causing it, but I don't know what it is.

This is a very small western VTuber OC with a busy design, no card of hers has been shared anywhere.

Give up unless you're willing to spend money, then you should try asking in the main koikatsu discord if anyone would be willing to take a commission to make her (be careful with scammers, ask for their pixiv and message them on pixiv too). If she even has a dedicated fanclub or reddit something, maybe you would be able to also convice them to help fund the koikatsu model, talking to the KoiArtist and explaining you would like to make a joint buy if it´s allowed.
