Common issue with Chinese zip. You need to change the your Administratuve language settings into Chinese.

Restart your computer and extract the file. if you no longer need it, just change it back to your default language.
PS: I always use this method to extracted wrong pw Chinese zip. If you'd alreardy extracted it. Hope you can share the file without pw.
