I tried putting it into Sideloader Modpack - Studio\Augh and just into mods, but the problem persists. Does anyone know what the cause might be?

Problem is as I've already stated multiple times here. If we're going to talk about "honorable" :
- All paid KK content is in violation of the game's TOS per the developer
- Use of copyrighted characters is illegal by Intellectual Property laws
And I'm not even going to get into one of my favorite rant about artistic endeavors nowadays being shit because it's largely commercial and people see it as a bridge to fame and money rather than it being a hobby on the side done for its own sake.
And thinking it's normal to make a job out of a hobby is exactly how you get grown ass adults buying pokemon cards only to resell them and scalp them, effectively pricing kids out of the game entirely.
PLUS, everyone of these creators, including most people here, would likely have never gotten into Koikatsu if they had to pay for every single card and mod they have ever used. Sharing the content and it being free is like an intrinsic feature of the game.
The only world in which KK content being paid across the board would be feasible and doable is if you could get cards for like 50 cents to 2 USD each, maximum, and creators ran stores where you could pick and choose whatever ones you want.

Garyu have the Shuten Douji horn mod WITH broken horn option, but it's only for the left horn & you have to click the Material Editor button for it.

It's a 7-Zip file. I use the 7-Zip app to compress and decompress files. It is a great and safe program. I tested the files you mentioned, and they work like a charm. I suggest you try it. I was a long-term user of WinRAR, but after I discovered 7-Zip, I switched to it.
Note: Let me know if you are able to open these cards, and I will try to help.

github.com Sounds like a duplicate cleaner may be handy. They can catch like 95%+ of duplicate files even with a simple hash check and the rest can be done with a little handiwork. I'm using Duplicate Cleaner Free, but ask/search around and others should have talked about this too a while ago.
Most of the compilations I downloaded here are also duplicates but I feel that's pretty much necessary when it would be a hassle to individually respond to requests. Besides you never know whether they have antique stuff you missed before.

Try using KKManager to export a list.
- Open the "female" tab in KKManager.
- It should default to your female cards folder in your KK installation. Press open and select the folder you extracted the pack to.
- Right click the title bar ("Name", "Sex", "Personality", etc.) and enable "Missing zipmods/plugins", then sort descending to see individual cards.
- Alternatively, "Tools" (top right of the female tab) > "Export a list of missing zipmods..." to check the entire pack at once.
