Actually, let me graph for you all the stuff I did to get to the current version Im using
- Added tesselation. ("Crap I need to tesselate the clothes too?" moment x5 times x8+ costumes each)
- Multiverse the crap out of her model with different hair styles from her different styles in game (Honkai Impact 3rd).
- Added blushing face overlays.
Dunno if I did it exactly to the face overlays or the face maintext, I currently do both if the character face doesnt behave.- Added pigtails since I fucking love them.
- Added tesselated nails, added tesselated toenails, YES, YOU CAN TESSELATE THOSE TOO!!! (I use KKUTS_hair for them lmao)
SUMMARY:
Finally... Im currently experimenting with Acezen Shaders.
Tho I only try them with one Kiana on the material editor since I was sleepy.
Acezen shaders are... weird. Some cards turn out good, some dont... maybe its because of the skin main texture???
On Kiana´s case it turned good!

Actually, I do need a new scheme color for my cards... why? Because Juedge has the same color for all his cards...
Currenly color scheme: White -> Tesselated. (bruh)

I don’t think it’s necessary to hold so much hostility toward this character. I’m aware of the darker subplot in the original work, but it doesn’t stop me from using the character. Compared to this author’s card, I would recommend the version by Sunset Rayline instead. When this character first appeared in the game, there was a more accurate facial version on pixiv (the author has since removed the card, and I can’t remember who made it—I lost it due to a hard drive failure and only managed to get her back after a long time.)
Sorry for all the bullshit I just rambled on about. Anyway, enjoy the game!

Reminds me of how When I shared my card, a month or so later I see this, in which they got rid of the author story, and I confronted them in the comments.
There is one thing using my card as a base to make your own or taking parts of it, that is fine, I dont mind. but taking ownership of it is shit behaviour.

Why do you make 1 scene per 5 days? Is it a Patreon commitment or is it the pace you set for yourself?
One of my biggest complaints has always been that "after seeing 5 Harada scenes you've seen them all", and you're at 600-something scenes done
If I was you I would make less scenes but put more time into making them interesting/unique. And by that I mean, look at the kind of stuff AnnaAnon, SweetGPT, ScratchKey, Yurabe, MightyMeat, and I want to say Hoptia but what little of his stuff has leaked recently was not easy to work with
1 scene a week is a ton of work and I do respect that, it's just that to me this feels like an urgent case of having to tell someone to "work smart, not hard"
Talking about ScratchKey, anyone got some of his newer stuff? Kemono hasn't been updated since early November and he doesn't release Pixiv previews anymore so no way to know what he's working on now. He doesn't use Twitter to post WIPs there either so

In the past, I used to make almost one scene per day. I have slowed down compared to back then, but still…
Everything you said is correct, point by point.
I think my desire to show more content as quickly as possible to the people who support and follow my work ended up taking priority.
I truly appreciate your feedback. Going forward, I think I need to focus more on improving quality and reducing the overall output.

An additional comment from me would be: at the end of the day, your paying customers are your priority. For me this is just wind, but for you the probable best way to go would be
First, request feedback and submissions from your customers asking them to suggest the kind of scenes they would like, ideally with a specific example from a doujin, game or hentai. Also the duration, types of content, "multi scenes" ie blowjob + sex, etc. they would like to see.
Then if you can't decide which you want to go with, run a poll with the ideas you think you could make work, and what gets the most votes
And if most people say they're fine with what you're doing then keep doing that, if that's what the people who are subbed to you want

On a different note, there was a scene maker I used to be personally close with. He learned how to make scenes from me, and also learned how to monetize his work through Pixiv Fanbox. However, over time, he became more and more lazy and eventually stopped making scenes altogether. It felt like he was treating his subscribers like garbage. That really bothered me, and I wanted to show the value of my own effort and consistency. If I mentioned his name, he’s someone everyone would recognize.

I’ve already tried that approach. Most people said they’re happy with how things are now, but at the same time, there were also requests to focus more on storytelling rather than specific positions or scenes. haha…
