That's actually MMD, not Koikatsu. Though if you can find the MMD motion files, you can have a somewhat similar experience in CharaStudio, assuming you have the needed plugins to run them.

You can also check by reading the description tab of that youtube page you shared lol. It lists all the software/motions used. It's a courtesy that most MMD artists do.
