Maybe you'll find some secondary ones that someone else also ported. However, that's pretty standard. Like the same Raphtalia from Tate no Yuusha asset on peter247/mozeeiab, for example, because they had the files from the same source. But you can't really call such people resellers.

It's a shame that Picasso leaks rarely appear, especially since he has many useful anime assets on his channel.
I would most like to add Stephanie Dola from NGNL or Do Felt hair from Re Zero to my collection.

这个地方好像是袜子服装上的身体透明遮罩，选中了最后一张图上的选项后在材质编辑器找alpha遮罩贴图。有可能是贴图出了问题，重置或者重新加载。导出的图片一般是黄底绿色的身体透明遮罩，如果会PS可以配合导出的辅助线图自己画。
还有就是不打标点真的是个坏习惯，好悬没看懂。

imo, in order is goes Rinu, who makes their stuff for free after a month of being behind membership, then Artic Fox who doesn't make it free but the price of them isn't crazy expensive and doesn't partake in bad faith selling (ie marking cards) and then Aumi/Aomi who marks all their cards and is generally despised by the forum for card marking practices

Gotta be honest, this doesn't really answer his question. He asked who's better at making Nikke cards, not what's their sharing and monetization policies.

Hmmm. It kind of depends. All of them have their pros and cons.

Arctic Fox's cards have better looking faces and bodies. He has a quite smaller variety of Nikke cards than Aumi and Rinu, though.
Aumi does have the best looking costumes, as they are custom made. The faces in quite a few of their cards do look kind of iffy, though.
Rinu's cards look decent, but they do suffer from having a kind of samey look. Which is to be expected as he pumps about 8-10 cards per month and 99% of them are free.

When it comes to getting their cards, like I've said before, Rinu shares pretty much every card he makes, while both Aumi and Arctic Fox paywall and mark their cards, so keep it in mind.
