Ok I have to ask now that this outfit has been shown to me.
Does Grafko just export costumes from MMD or VRChat or something? This outfit is what I was looking for to complete something, but the only source I've seen of it was in VRChat, and here it is. If this is the case, it would also explain the file size... and if this is the case, I must find the knowledge as another outfit I want is in vrchat as well....

Several headmods don't respond to gestures in sequences; very few do with blendshapes, and that's due to the process of creating a complete headmod. It takes time and tests whatever patience you might have left; that's why they're usually paid.
And regarding sequences, I'm referring to the H-scenes within Koikatsu; they're basically like this Fortnite meme (it's porn disguised as a meme).

half state doesnt change based on hip or butt size(probably cause it is not parented)
same with the on state, it seems like the armature arent done correctly, making the body easily clippable thru clothing and not fixable thru dbde and abmx
