Well, all is not lost.
It's true I said that blendshapes can't be used in these types of headmods that basically export the head of a character from outside Koikatsu, but I'm referring to those created using the base head or headmods that remove small parts of the original head.

If you know how to use Blender and create blendshapes, I suggest using BlendShapesCreator, a plugin that allows you to create blendshapes directly on the card. It's more likely that they already have blendshapes; you just need the plugin.

Does anyone have this texture for Qiqi's hat acessorie without the hat and acessories and without their shadows? I'm trying to make some outfits with her hatless, but I was only able to remove the hat and the other acessories, not their shadows.

You could use an alpha mask on the prop or check in the material editor if you can disable the hat's visibility.

The most extreme solution is to extract the prop's object file and create a zipmod file, completely removing the hat's mesh.
