If you're still having problems with the accessories on the floor, try adding this plugin: https://gofile.io/d/Ojj4k1 (KK_JetPack.dll, just drop it to \BepInEx\plugins), it helped me fix this floor accessories (I'm use HF Patch v3.37).
Have anyone met this problem? I used transfer in the accessory section, but it didn't work, instead the accessory dropped on floor
I personally didn't have any issues with the transfer, but some cards loaded with accessories on the floor; this plugin helped solve this problem.

sorry for second replay, if new mod not working, here added old [DEF] Karin.zipmod file: https://gofile.io/d/8xYCCf (manifest.xml saying this is 8246asdf.karin)
but it can conflict with "[DEF] Upper Eyes v1.0.zipmod" (this one used in new HFpatch versions)
I think you are using a very old card, this mod is very old and was removed from new HFpatch versions....so you have mod migration problem.
the old file "[DEF] Karin.zipmod" that I uploaded manifest.xml inside mod saying this is 8246asdf.karin but you are searching 8246asdf: karinEyelines, if this karin mod still not working for you try edit manifest.xml (inside zipmod change line 8246asdf.karin to 8246asdf: karinEyelines), or need to edit "Sideloader Modpack Migration Info.zipmod"

While it is early to discuss this idea, I plan to sponsor creators of cards and mods within our community once I make a profit from the game I am working on. Contributors who dedicate time and effort to card and mod creation deserve material rewards.First of all, if you're gonna upload so many images remember to use the spoiler box, it makes your post much smoother.
Second, and most important, Aumi's cards are marked so, unless someone is planning to retire like @Imai san did, nobody is gonna share them.
I do believe this is like the third or fourth time I had to say this... At this point I think we need a threadmarked list of creators that mark their cards
As much as I think @MASKK made a great job with those cards, I think he was asking specifically for the cards made by Aumi
