where do i download these mods?
Those mods are from the sideloader studio pack. You should download it if you won't miss the disk space it consumes(about 50Gb, but worth it if you're dedicated to using studio consistently). Alternatively, you can search for them manually on the sideloader download website or with the KK Manager.

anyone knows why this happens ? It's with kplug option to lock accessories when loading a coordinate and it only happens to some cards... and if I check the accessory list there's no way to restore the regular hair of the character , clothes are wrong sometimes like in this case where the clothing has a crop top but it has a shirt after loading . I made sure there's no hair or anything on the outfit , only the clothes themselves

NHM is a re-seller, in other words, he takes an existing card and changes some accessories like hair and applies shaders/textures to make it look like his. It’s unlikely you’ll get the specific card you asked for because almost no one on this forum buys NHM cards. Also, requesting a paid Hatsune Miku card may be poorly received, since many are already available.

This happens when you swap characters. based on my understanding, all new character bones (Like hair, acc, dresses n stuff) gets "pulled" into the bone collider thats applied onto the crotch area.How does one solve hair clipping?

To fix this, find "Dynamic Bone Collider" on the workspace on the right, then go to KKPE advance options (Right click on KKPE option on the left), find ur character's bones and just turn them all off.
Also here's a slight tip, when you post questions with a pic, they tend to be unnecessarily big, so once the question is posted, edit the msg to re-size the image, this helps to make the forum cleaner : D
