Sorry bro... the scene works fine for me. (Besides having to rotate the Magic Johnson a bit to angle it properly.)
It might be an outdated version of some of the plugins. You could try updating, but make sure you back everything up if you do!
You could try playing with Kazumi's left hand/elbow IK Armature in the workspace.
