The Fix: Select the head mesh and go to the Render Queue property. Ensure that the iris (cf_m_hitomi_00) has a strictly higher number than the eye whites (cf_m_sirome_00). A standard stable setup is setting cf_m_sirome_00 to 3000 and cf_m_hitomi_00 to 3001 (or 3002).
Thank you gemini. Aka go to the material editor and look for those two.
Leaving it here in case someone got problems with the stupid eye. Likely the client defaulted the card's setting or the author intentionally mess it up.

In my case, Sirome(render queue) sits at 2900, so I bump Hitomi(render queue) to 2901–2902.
At 2903, it starts overlapping the upper eyelashes.

I've seen this model too, but I didn't use it 'cause the fidelity was pretty low. The link I shared only offers the character card mod for free, but the actual character card costs money.

Yeah, checking the thread is getting kind of annoying with how cluttered it is nowadays. Like you've said, there's been too many requests and bumps, add to that the giant pic spammers plus those who ask the tech issues here instead of the questions thread and we end up with at least a half of each page being full of clutter.

I think he is probably using Frankme card, but maybe he has modified it a bit. If you like, you can load Tez scene and export the character.

I ran across it while trying to sort out the Ame outfit earlier (Ended up being a Madevil issue, which I don't want to install now), as it also uses that redirector. There's apparently a bugged version in the Repack, and you'll have to grab an older (or newer?) one from the creator.

These cards were not public nor paid, they were only shared with his friend group and other authors. But I think someone of his group was kicked out, and in revenge decided to leak these cards to Bepis. I´ve already converted these cards to KKS, I hope you don´t encounter any problems.

Someone told me it’s structured to follow the spine movement via NC, so switching characters causes the coordinates to shift.
If you stop all NCs and then readjust the coordinates of the bottom four NCs to match the character, it should fix the issue.
