And not only them. Not sure about Wick After Dark (though the style looks like KK/KKS), but Rosie most definitely did her content in Koikatsu and she admits on her patreon page that she doesn't do chara creation (and asks to provide her with cards when you do commissions).
So these cards do exist somewhere.

It depends on the way characters depicted. For example I started supporting Japs8005 for his works in 2022-2023. But then he started using more and more "distorted" characters. His Nanako character which he would put in every single work for quite a while looked outright ugly. And now he completely stop doing r34 and using only his OC which are all having overexaggerated proportions and ugly faces

You mean like the original artists of the respectful models or some unknown artists? Because I'm not sure what's the reason behind such decision: if you're sharing your cards with someone why not provide buying option or if you worry about potential copyright issues with Illusion or their descendants - not share it with everyone since you're already sharing it?
And the authors having the card (not including RosieKoi) are most random authors one could imagine. I would understand if they were shared with such big names like Japs8005, Ettore, lazymelon, mugenalien, akira_brave777, etc. Not with someone pretty much unknown in Koikatsu community.
