Card uses old Tsunade hair by Evaan while you have the new mod that comes with the headmod for her, they have different textures.Can anyone explain why most Tsunade cards I load end up having her hair this color?

Change the hair to something else and then back again to the Tsunade hair, while having it remember the position values.
Also, although I do not know if this applies for this case, other Evaan hair mods that came with new headmods can be different when it comes to positioning and even have subtle proportion differences to better suit the new custom headmod as opposed to the old universal/more universal ones, so it might not look right even after doing what I said.
And after saying that, I really wish somebody would make the pre-custom headmods Evaan mods for Dragon Ball and One Piece be compatible with the new ones, meaning they do not get replaced by the new ones, when it comes to the hairs.

Basically what I did, when I extract the texture, I group them (UV1,UV2,UV3.. etc) then I go through the entire part from top,bottom and accessories and replace the 4k texture with 1k texture one by one.

Maybe you could share your LogOutput.log? It could be the case that the issue is actually reflected there and in that case I could try to help you as a developer myself. It's located at Koikatsu\BepInEx\LogOutput.log
Don't get your hopes high though because the amount of logging implemented is not enough tbh.
