I should of been more clear on the mods. Are you sure you didn't add new mods? Anyhow try to remove the mods from the game folder like into the desktop and start up Studio again and see if the problem still persist

It could be one of two things: if the sphere replaces the genitals, it might be an asset import, but if it appears parented to the genitals, then it's due to a missing shader (the pixelation shader).
