Its by no means a real solution but yesterday I watched a tutorial of someone "hiding" this issue. The person-
>imports a capsule item and places it on the clipped part
>sets penis render queue to 2601
>sets capsule render queue to 2600 and takes alpha value all the way down to 0
It basically hides the part that gets clipped.
I haven't tried it myself but found it really funny lol.

you should extract it with WinRAR or 7zip. The extract all on windows doesn't do it properly

With the material editor you can edit this; both detail mask and normal map in their respective places in the "Body" section.
They give better results in body effects such as muscles, highlighted veins or, in this case, cellulite.

Ahh I see. I got 3 gfl2 vortiger headmods then: helen, sextans, clukay. These are straight out of shop vanilla state so you'll need to adjust body + give em clothes.
