Does anyone knows what causing this? I did installed that shader but shadows in eyeballs still showing black.

i assume its headmod from salvation?
if it yes, there are face part on material editor that give a shadow on front of eyeball, u have to change it shaders to "studio alpha" and reduce the alpha slider to around 65-ish
